Roll out the crème cheese with a rolling pin (if you don’t have you can use a bottle). Cut the salami into slices and arrange it like this:



After that carefully turn around, so the crème cheese can be on the top and garnish with thin slices of green pepper. If you worry that you can’t turn the roll without move the salami, you can roll out the crème cheese on the sliced in advance salami.
