Today we are going to show you how easily you can make one porcelain glass to look better, even if you can’t draw well. This idea is for the people that love the original things. If we have your attention, look how to do it.
What will be needed:
Polish remover or rubbing alcohol to clear the glass surface;
Cotton tampons for makeup removal;
Earbuds to correct the drawing if you like so;
Nail polisher – up to three different colors;
Plastic container with hot water;
Toothpick to mix the polish into the water;
Napkins to absorb the unnecessary water.
How to do it:
Clean the surface of the glass using rubbing alcohol or polish remover. In the plastic container filled with hot water you can add some of the first nail polisher. If you want more transparent cover add only 2-3 drops, but for more saturated color – 5 or more drops.
After adding the first color, add some of the second, and then the same way from the third, if you picked more than one. Take a toothpick and with slow movements mix the different colors as it is shown on the image below.
Put the glass into the colored water and you will see how the nail polished covers the surface and make beautiful shades. If it is necessary, you can correct the drawing with polish remover and then let it dry for about two hours.
Well, that was everything. The decoration is ready and it was very easy to make, but still beautiful and original!
If you want, you can add more decoration with contour or acrylic paints. Using special markers for porcelain or ceramic you can add text to the glass.
Keep in mind that the newly decorated glass is not suitable for the dishwasher. You can’t also use it in the microwave.
Using the same technique, you can color every glass and you can make a whole unique set.
