Mix two parts cement with one part water in a bucket. The quantity is based on how many decorations you want to make. Take big flower leafs with embossed structure, so they would print onto the cement. Cover every leaf with the cement mixture as it is shown on the image.
When the cement dries out, turn it around and carefully remove the leaf. And now you have your own leafy garden decoration to place whenever you want.
