The best thing in this case is that this desert is easy to make and you can take your kid to help you. All you need is a couple balloons, sawing needle and chocolate (white or brown).
Instructions:
Inflate the balloons. Use as many balloons as needed to make the desired count of baskets. Melt the chocolate on water bath or in the microwave oven, but not for more than a minute and a half.
Take one balloon and put it in a bowl with the inflation opening downwards. Start pouring chocolate on the balloon (you can mix white with brown if you choose to cook with the both chocolates) and form a basket.
When you are done, put the balloon aside for the chocolate to chill. If you want faster results you can put the balloons in the fridge.
After the chocolate is hard enough, you can deflate (or pop) the balloon, but be careful not to break the chocolate baskets. Now you are ready and you can surprise your guests. You can fill the baskets with everything that you want – fruits, crème or something else.
