Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup strawberry protein powder
- 3/4 cup Water
- 3/4 cup flour
- Salt
- 2 tsp. Coconut oil
- 1 tsp. Honey
- Fruits
Instructions
- Add ingredients to blender. Blend for a few seconds until you have a smooth mixture.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Depending on the pan you can add a little coconut oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot pan.
- Fry the pancakes until the surface is firm (about 45 seconds).
- Flip the pancakes and cook another 10-15 seconds on the other side.
- Repeat until all the batter is used.
- Serve the protein pancakes with strawberries and honey or with a filling of your choice.
