Recipe: Protein Crepes

These easy and fast protein crepes are a healthy snack that taste great and fill you up fast!



  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup strawberry protein powder
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp. Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • Fruits


  1. Add ingredients to blender. Blend for a few seconds until you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Depending on the pan you can add a little coconut oil.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot pan.
  4. Fry the pancakes until the surface is firm (about 45 seconds).
  5. Flip the pancakes and cook another 10-15 seconds on the other side.
  6. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  7. Serve the protein pancakes with strawberries and honey or with a filling of your choice.
